CHAP. 1197.— An Act To authorize the Georgia Southwestern and Gulf Railroad Company to construct a bridge across the Chattahoochee River between the States of Alabama and Georgia. February 25, 1907. R. 24821](/us/bill/54/hr/24821).] [[Public, No. 120](/us/pl/59/120).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Georgia SouthwesternChattahoochee River.Georgia Southwestern and Gulf Railroad may bridge, at Steam mill, Ga. and Gulf Railroad Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Georgia, its successors and assigns, be, anti they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a railroad bridge and approaches thereto across the Chattahoochee River at or near Steam mill, in Decatur County, in the State of Georgia, in*Ante, *p. 84. accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March twenty-third, nineteen hundred and six.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 25, 1907.
