[[S. 8362](/us/bill/59/s/8362).] [[Public, No. 111](/us/pl/59/111).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of WarFort Douglas, Utah.Salt Lake City may construct a boulevard through. is hereby empowered to authorize the city council of Salt Lake City, Utah, to construct and maintain a boulevard through the military reservation of Fort Douglas.
Utah, upon such location and of such width and upon such plans and subject to such conditions as he may deem proper for the protection of the interests of the United States. Approved, February 25, 1907.
