CHAP. 1183.— An Act To authorize the acceptance by the Secretary of the Navy, as a gift, of a sail boat for use of the midshipmen at the Naval Academy. February 21, 1907. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Naval Academy.Acceptance of sailboat for midshipmen. That the Secretary of the Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept as a gift, from a member of the family of the late Assistant Naval Constructor Joseph E. McDonald, a sail boat for the use of the midshipmen at the Naval Academy. Approved, February 21, 1907.
