CHAP. 1176.— An Act Granting a pension to General M. Brown. March 26, 1906. [[H. R. 2614](/us/bill/59/hr/2614).] [[Private, No. 1110](/us/pvtl/59/1110).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, General M. Brown. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of General M.
Brown, late of Company II, Fifth Regiment Michigan Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month, the same to be paid to him under the rules of the Pension Bureau as to mode and time of payment without any deduction or rebate on account of former alleged overpayments or erroneous payments of pension. Approved, March 26, 1906.
