CHAP. 1174.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to William Crooks. February 20, 1907.[[H. R. 9655](/us/bill/34/hr/9655).][[Private, No. 1073](/us/pvt/34/1073).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the William Crooks.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2465laws, the name of William Crooks, late of Company H, Eighth Regiment Pennsylvania Reserve Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
