CHAP. 1172.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Troy Moore. March 26, 1906. [[H. R. 2245](/us/bill/59/hr/2245).] [[Private, No. 1106](/us/pvtl/59/1106).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Troy Moore. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Troy Moore, late second lieutenant Company F, Thirty-second Regiment, and captain Company E, One hundred and fifty-second Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
