CHAP. 117.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary E. Rivers. January 12, 1907.[[H. R. 19318](/us/bill/34/hr/19318).][[Private, No. 104](/us/pvt/34/104).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Mary E. Rivers.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary E.
Rivers, widow of Constant H. Rivers, late of Company F, Palmetto Regiment South Carolina Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, January 12, 1907.
