CHAP. 116.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Phebe Easley. January 12, 1907.[[H. R. 19300](/us/bill/34/hr/19300).][[Private, No. 103](/us/pvt/34/103).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Phebe Easley.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Phebe Easley, widow of William Easley, late of Captain Dunlap’s independent company, Illinois Mounted Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
