CHAP. 1155.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Martin Offinger. February 20, 1907.[[H. R. 5856](/us/bill/34/hr/5856).][[Private, No. 1054](/us/pvt/34/1054).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Martin Offinger.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Martin Offinger, late of Company B, Third Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry, and Company B, Fourth Regiment New York Provisional Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
