CHAP. 1154.— An Act Granting a pension to Emeline Malone. March 26, 1906. [[H. R. 1867](/us/bill/59/hr/1867).] [[Private, No. 1088](/us/pvtl/59/1088).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Emeline Malone. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Emeline Malone, widow of Thomas Malone, late of Company G, Seventh Regiment Missouri Volunteer Infantry, and second lieutenant Company I, Fifth Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.
