CHAP. 1153.— An Act Granting a pension to Lener McNabb. March 26, 1906. [[H. R. 1809](/us/bill/59/hr/1809).] [[Private, No. 1087](/us/pvtl/59/1087).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Lener McNabb. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lener McNabb, widow of Lewis W.
McNabb, late captain Company K, Forty-ninth Regiment United States Volunteer1671 Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said Lewis W. McNabb until they reach the age of sixteen years. Approved, March 26, 1906.
