CHAP. 1144.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Henry Arey. February 20, 1907.[[H. R. 2049](/us/bill/34/hr/2049).][[Private, No. 1043](/us/pvt/34/1043).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Henry Arey.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Henry Arey, late acting master commanding U. S. S. Wilderness, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 20, 1907.
