CHAP. 1137.— An Act To fix the time of holding the circuit and district courts of the United States in and for the northern district of Iowa. February 20, 1907. [[S. 7793](/us/bill/59/s/7793).] [[Public, No. 99](/us/pl/59/99).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,United States courts.Iowa northern district.Terms.R. S. secs. 572, 658, pp. 99, 120.Cedar Rapids. , That hereafter terms of the circuit and district courts of the United States in and for the northern district of Iowa shall be held in the several divisions of said district in each year as follows:
In the Cedar Rapids division at Cedar Rapids, on the first Tuesday in April and the fourth Tuesday in September; Dubuque.in the eastern division at Dubuque, on the fourth Tuesday in April Sioux City.and the first Tuesday in December; in the western division at Sioux City, on the fourth Tuesday in May and the third Tuesday in October; Fort Dodge.in the central division at Fort Dodge, on the second Tuesday in June and the second Tuesday in November. Sec. 2. Pending actions. That no action, suit, proceeding, information, indictment, recognizance, bail bond, or other process in either of said courts shall abate or be rendered invalid by reason of the change of time of holding the terms of said courts in either of said divisions, and the same shall be deemed to be pending in, returnable to, and triable at the terms of said courts as herein fixed.
