CHAP. 1128.— An Act Extending the time for the construction of the dam across the Mississippi River authorized by the Act of Congress approved March twelfth, nineteen hundred and four. March 22, 1906. [[H. R. 15649](/us/bill/34/hr/15649).] [[Public, No. 63](/us/pl/34/63).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mississippi River, Minn.Time extended for constructing dam by Minnesota Power and Trolley Company.Vol. 33, p. 67, amended.
That subject to all the other provisions contained in the Act of Congress entitled “An Act permitting the building of a dam across the Mississippi River between the counties of Wright and Sherburne, in the State of Minnesota, approved March twelfth, nineteen hundred and four, the time limitations for the construction and completion of the dam authorized by said Act are hereby extended until December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and eight. Approved, March 22, 1906.
