CHAP. 1121.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Thomas Spanton. February 19, 1907.[[S. 7556](/us/bill/34/s/7556).][[Private, No. 1026](/us/pvt/34/1026).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thomas Spanton, late of Company A, One hundred and fifth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
That the Secretary of theThomas Spanton.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Margarette R. Bacon, widow of George A. Bacon, late colonel Fifteenth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month. Approved, February 19, 1907.
