CHAP. 1099.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Crosby Pyle Woodward. March 19, 1906. [[S. 4000](/us/bill/59/s/4000).] [[Private, No. 1040](/us/pvtl/59/1040).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Crosby Pyle Woodward. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Crosby Pyle Woodward, late of Company E, One hundred and twenty-fourth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that be is now receiving.
