CHAP. 1096.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Charles C. Burt. February 19, 1907.[[S. 7335](/us/bill/34/s/7335).][[Private, No. 1001](/us/pvt/34/1001).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Charles C. Burt.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2449laws, the name of Charles C.
Burt, late of Company K, Eighth Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and Seventh Battery, Maine Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 19, 1907.
