CHAP. 1090.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary C. Morgan. March 19, 1906. [[S. 3721](/us/bill/59/s/3721).] [[Private, No. 1031](/us/pvtl/59/1031).] *Be it enacted*, Mary C. Morgan. Pension. ,* by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary C. Morgan, widow of William J. Morgan, late captain Company C, One hundred and sixteenth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, March 19, 1906.
