CHAP. 1085.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Rebecca Faggart. February 19, 1907.[[S. 7174](/us/bill/34/s/7174).][[Private, No. 990](/us/pvt/34/990).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Rebecca Faggart.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the tension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rebecca Faggart, widow of Daniel C.
Faggart, ate of Company C. First Regiment North Carolina Volunteer Infantry, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 19, 1907.
