CHAP. 1083.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Dominick Cavanaugh. March 19, 1906. [[S. 3539](/us/bill/59/s/3539).] [[Private, No. 1024](/us/pvtl/59/1024).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Dominick Cavanaugh. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and lie is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension1657 laws, the name of Dominick Cavanaugh, late of Company E, First Regiment Oregon Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
