CHAP. 1071.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elizabeth Rutherford. March 19, 1906. [[S. 3189](/us/bill/59/s/3189).] [[Private, No. 1012](/us/pvtl/59/1012).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Elizabeth Rutherford. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be. and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Rutherford, widow of Hugh Rutherford, late of Company I, Eighty-eighth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
