CHAP. 1070.— An Act Granting a pension to John Harper. March 19, 1906. [[S. 3187](/us/bill/59/s/3187).] [[Private, No. 1011](/us/pvtl/59/1011).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John Harper. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Harper, late unassigned. One hundred and forty-ninth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, March 19, 1906.
