CHAP. 1068.— An Act Granting a pension to Parthenia W. Baker. March 19, 1906. [[S. 3125](/us/bill/59/s/3125).] [[Private, No. 1009](/us/pvtl/59/1009).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Parthenia W. Baker. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Parthenia W.
Baker, widow of Alpheus W. Baker, late second lieutenant Company II, Twenty-third Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month. Approved, March 19, 1906.
