CHAP. 1053.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Thomas Milliman. March 19, 1906. [[S. 2406](/us/bill/59/s/2406).] [[Private, No. 994](/us/pvtl/59/994).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Thomas Milliman. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Thomas Milliman, late of Company E, Seventh Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and Company B.
One hundred and sixty-sixth Regiment Ohio National Guard Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 19, 1906.
