CHAP. 1047.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to David W. Magee. March 19, 1906. [[S. 2216](/us/bill/59/s/2216).] [[Private, No. 988](/us/pvtl/59/988).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, David W. Magee. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of David W.
Magee, late of Company F, First Regi-1649ment Indiana Volunteers, war with Mexico, and lieutenant-colonel Eighty-sixth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and colonel Forty--seventh Regiment Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 19, 1906.
