CHAP. 1042.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Simon Peter Wallerson. February 19, 1907.[[S. 6793](/us/bill/34/s/6793).][[Private, No. 947](/us/pvt/34/947).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Simon Peter Wallerson.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 2437laws, the name of Simon Peter Wallerson, late of Company I, Third Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
