CHAP. 1038.— An Act Granting a pension to Ruth F. Bennett. March 19, 1906. [[S. 2080](/us/bill/59/s/2080).] [[Private, No. 979](/us/pvtl/59/979).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ruth F. Bennett. Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ruth F.
Bennett, widow of Thomas Bennett, late of1647 Company D. Tenth Regiment New Jersey Volunteer Infantry, and Company E, Twenty-second Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, March 19, 1906.
