CHAP. 1033.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Edgar Tibbils. March 19, 1906. [[S. 1905](/us/bill/59/s/1905).] [[Private, No. 974](/us/pvtl/59/974).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Edgar Tibbils. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension taws, the name of Edgar Tibbils, late of Company F, Second Regiment Michigan Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 19, 1906.
