CHAP. 1024.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mollie J. Mitchell. February 19, 1907.[[S. 6623](/us/bill/34/s/6623).][[Private, No. 929](/us/pvt/34/929).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mollie J. Mitchell, widow of Richard P.
Mitchell, late surgeon First Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of *Provisos*.Increase to cease on death of child.that she is now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event of the death of Samuel H. Mitchell, helpless and dependent child of said Richard 2433P. Mitchell, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine: *And provided further,* That in the event of the death ofPension to child on death of mother.
Mollie J. Mitchell the name of said Samuel H. Mitchell shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the date of death of said Mollie J. Mitchell. Approved, February 19, 1907.
