CHAP. 1014.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Ellen Carpenter. February 19, 1907.[[S. 6459](/us/bill/34/s/6459).][[Private, No. 919](/us/pvt/34/919).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Ellen Carpenter.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellen Carpenter, widow of Sidney B.
Carpenter, late captain Company B, Fourteenth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-live dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of the said Sidney B. Carpenter until he reaches the age of sixteen years. Approved, February 19, 1907.
