CHAP. 1006.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Howard Ellis. March 19, 1906. [[S. 969](/us/bill/59/s/969).] [[Private, No. 947](/us/pvtl/59/947).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Howard Ellis. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Howard Ellis, late of Company H, Second Regiment Minnesota Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 19, 1906.
