CHAP. 998.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Lydia R. Howard. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 16254](/us/bill/58/hr/16254).][[Private, No. 892](/us/pvtl/58/892).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Lydia R. Howard.Pension increased.pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lydia R.
Howard, widow7 of Benjamin Howard, late second lieutenant Company E, Fourth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, war w7ith Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1905.
