CHAP. 994.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Samuel Parmley. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 3434](/us/bill/58/hr/3434).][[Private, No. 900](/us/pvtl/58/900).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Samuel Parmley.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Samuel Parmley, late of Captain Peak’s company, Tennessee Volunteers, Cherokee Indian disturbances, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
