CHAP. 991.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to James Littleton. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 3167](/us/bill/58/hr/3167).][[Private, No. 897](/us/pvtl/58/897).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the James Littleton.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Janies Littleton, late of Company E, Twenty-second Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
