CHAP. 989.— An Act Granting a pension to James M. Hurley. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 3033](/us/bill/58/hr/3033).][[Private, No. 895](/us/pvtl/58/895).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, James M. Hurley.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1495laws, the name of James M.
Hurley, late assistant surgeon Seventy-seventh Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Infantry and Tenth Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 8, 1904.
