CHAP. 980.— An Act Granting a pension to Larkin Maynard. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 2491](/us/bill/58/hr/2491).][[Private, No. 886](/us/pvtl/58/886).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Larkin Maynard.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1493laws, the name of Larkin Maynard, late of Captain Thomas Dameron’s independent company, West Virginia Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 8, 1904.
