CHAP. 976.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Minerva A. Pool. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 2144](/us/bill/58/hr/2144).][[Private, No. 882](/us/pvtl/58/882).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theMinerva A. Pool.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Minerva A.
Pool, widow of Ira L. Pool, late of Company A, Thirty-eighth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event of the death*Provisos.*Increase to cease on death of child. of Myrtie B. Pool, helpless and dependent child of said Ira L. Pool, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine: *And* 1492Pension to child on death of mother.*provided further*, That in the event of the death of Minerva A.
Pool the name of said Myrtie B. Pool shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the date of death of said Minerva A. Pool. Approved, April 8, 1904.
