CHAP. 975.— An Act Granting a pension to Orlo H. Lyon. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 2122](/us/bill/58/hr/2122).] [[Private, No. 881](/us/pvtl/58/881).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theOrlo H. Lyon.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Orlo H. Lyon, late captain Third Independent Battery Iowa Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month. Approved, April 8, 1904.
