CHAP. 973.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary Farrell. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 2110](/us/bill/58/hr/2110).][[Private, No. 879](/us/pvtl/58/879).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theMary Farrell.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Farrell, widow of James Farrell, late of Company K, Third Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, such pension toPension to cease if soldier be living. cease upon proof that the soldier is still living.
