CHAP. 972.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elias Holliday. April 8, 1904.[[H R. 1905](/us/bill/58/hr/1905).][[Private, No 878](/us/pvtl/58/878).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Elias Holliday.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provision^ and limitations of the pension 1491laws, the name of Elias Holliday, late of Company I, Thirty-ninth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
