CHAP. 963.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jasper Richey. April 8, 1904.[[H. R. 1179](/us/bill/58/hr/1179).][[Private, No. 869](/us/pvtl/58/869).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Jasper Richey.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jasper Richey, late of Company K, Thirty-seventh 1489Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
