CHAP. 944.— An Act To correct the military record of Carl W. Albrecht. April 7, 1904.[[H. R. 4405](/us/bill/58/hr/4405).][[Private, No. 855](/us/pvtl/58/855).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America, in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to correct the military record of CarlCarl W. Albrecht.Military record corrected. W. Albrecht, who was enrolled into the service of the United States in Company H, Thirteenth Minnesota Volunteer Infantry, April twenty-ninth, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, as Charles Albrecht, and whose name stands on the roll as Charles Albrecht.
That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to have the name on the roll changed from Charles Albrecht to Carl W. Albrecht, the true name of the soldier. Approved, April 7, 1904.
