CHAP. 941.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Phaon Hartman. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 15729](/us/bill/58/hr/15729).][[Private, No. 835](/us/pvtl/58/835).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Phaon Hartman.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1907pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Phaon Hartman, late of Company D, One hundred and twenty-eighth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
