CHAP. 940.— An Act Providing for holding of courts of the eastern division of the northern Federal judicial district of Georgia at Athens, Georgia. April 7, 1904. [[H. R. 12904](/us/bill/58/hr/12904).] [[Public, No. 86](/us/pl/58/86).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That hereafter courts shall United States courts. Georgia northern judicial district. [R. S., secs. 572, 658, pp. 99, 120](/us/rs/s572/658/p99/120).
Terms at Athens. Vol. 31, p. 818, amended. be held in the eastern division of the northern Federal judicial district of Georgia at Athens, Georgia, on the fourth Monday in April and the first Monday in November in each year, instead of as heretofore provided. Approved, April 7, 1904.
