CHAP. 936.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Rebecca McKinney. April 6, 1904.[[H. R. 12434](/us/bill/58/hr/12434).][[Private, No. 852](/us/pvtl/58/852).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Rebecca McKinney.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1485laws, the name of Rebecca McKinney, widow of Franklin O.
McKinney, late of Company K, Twenty-eighth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided*, That in the*Provisos.*Increase to cease on death of child. event of the death of Wilhelmina McKinney, helpless and dependent, child of said Franklin O. McKinney, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine: *And provided further*, That inChild to receive pension on death of mother. the event of the death of Rebecca McKinney the name of said Wilhelmina McKinney shall be placed on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of twelve dollars per month from and after the date of the death of said Rebecca McKinney, such pension to be paid to the legally constituted guardian of said Wilhelmina McKinney.
