CHAP. 931.— An Act Granting a pension to Mollie Townsley. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 15639](/us/bill/58/hr/15639).][[Private, No. 825](/us/pvtl/58/825).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That*, Mollie Townsley.Pension. the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mollie Townsley, helpless and dependent daughter of Thomas Townsley, late of Company H, First Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
