CHAP. 920.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Ellen Tuite. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 15504](/us/bill/58/hr/15504).][[Private, No. 814](/us/pvtl/58/814).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ellen Tuite.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ellen Tuite, widow of Andrew J.
Tuite, late of Company D, Second Regiment Connecticut Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 25, 1905.
