CHAP. 918.— An Act Granting a pension to Theresa M. Kennedy. February 25, 1905.[[H. R. 15491](/us/bill/58/hr/15491).][[Private, No. 812](/us/pvtl/58/812).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Theresa M. Kennedy.Pension.pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Theresa M.
Kennedy, widow of William Kennedy, alias Whalen, late of Company K, One hundred and fifty-fifth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and Company I, Fourteenth Regiment Veteran Reserve Corps, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. , Approved, February 25, 1905.
