CHAP. 913.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Andrew Smith. April 6, 1904.[[H. R. 10822](/us/bill/58/hr/10822).][[Private, No. 829](/us/pvtl/58/829).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theAndrew Smith.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Andrew Smith, late of Company H, Ninth Regiment Missouri State Militia Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
