CHAP. 91.— An Act Granting a pension to Margaret Cotter. February 3, 1904.[[H. R. 227](/us/bill/58/hr/227).][[Private, No. 78](/us/pvtl/58/78).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Margaret Cotter.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Margaret Cotter, widow of John A.
Cotter, late of Company B, Second Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month and two dollars per month additional on account of the minor child of said John A. Cotter until it reaches the age of sixteen years. Approved, February 3, 1904.
